Product interest from 162 completed Business Funding Preflight profiles.
Strong personal-credit signals among funding-focused business owners.
First-party Preflight responses show a sizable concentration of respondents in stronger personal-credit ranges, alongside utilization and existing credit-limit signals relevant to card, banking, and lending partners.
Additional borrower signals
Self-reported first-party audience data from Business Funding Preflight. Credit-score bands mirror the choices presented to respondents: 740+, 700–739, 680–699, 620–679, below 620, or not sure. For a cleaner sponsor-facing view, the two ranges below 680 are combined here as “Below 680.” No narrower breakdown is inferred within the 740+ group. Credit-score percentages exclude “Not sure” responses. Utilization and card-limit metrics use only responses that can be classified confidently. Directional audience intelligence; not independently verified credit-bureau data.
They are not just browsing. They are looking for meaningful capital.
A newer set of Business Funding Preflight questions shows how much capital recent respondents want and whether funding is central to what they are trying to accomplish next.
Commercial signals
New questions added to Business Funding Preflight. n=15 external respondents who received the question set; Barton Media LLC internal test response excluded. Self-reported first-party audience data. This newer sample is displayed separately from the larger 162-response Preflight dataset above.
Audience-data methodology
The Business Funding Preflight dataset currently includes 162 external completions after excluding the Barton Media LLC internal test. It covers business formation, banking, revenue, credit profile, personal utilization, highest personal card limit, funding timing, requested product type, and newer fields for business industry, desired funding amount, business priority, time in business, and team size. Each percentage uses only respondents who received the relevant question, so newer-question sample sizes can differ. The five-core-vertical metric groups professional and financial services, real estate and property, retail and e-commerce, transportation and logistics, and marketing and media from the standardized Business Industry field. Responses are self-reported and should be treated as directional first-party audience intelligence rather than audited market research.
Multiple ways to reach the same decision journey.
Long-form decision support
Searchable, evergreen content for viewers comparing products, researching approvals, and trying to understand lender behavior.
Recent performance is based on the latest 10 qualifying public long-form videos that are 30–180 days old and at least four minutes long. Livestreams are excluded. Public engagement is the median of likes plus comments divided by views. Audience demographics are shown in the Audience section above and are refreshed manually from YouTube Studio.
Direct-response access
A direct, first-party audience that receives practical credit, banking, lending, and business-funding research from Cal.
The reader count updates automatically through Kajabi. The open-rate benchmark reflects original full-list broadcasts delivered to 40,000+ recipients in 2026. The click range reflects targeted partner campaigns.

Two perspectives on the partnership: repeat campaign execution from a brand partner, and audience fit and performance from a creator agency.
“Cal does a really good job of understanding our product and turning what can sometimes be fairly complex financial messaging into content that feels natural, clear, and relevant to his audience.”
Communication has always been smooth, he’s responsive when we need adjustments, and after working together across multiple campaigns, we’ve built a process that makes each new project very easy to execute. We’d absolutely be happy to continue working with him on future campaigns.
“Working with Cal has been a great experience. He brings a strong combination of audience trust, business acumen, and a real focus on performance, which makes him an excellent partner for brands in the finance space.”
